Step 1: Register on Our Website

• Go to our registration page.
• Create an account by filling in your details.
• Verify your email to activate your account.

Step 2: Log in to the Feedback Center Admin

• Visit the Feedback Center Admin.
• Log in using your registered email and password.
• Access the dashboard.

Step 3: Add Your Website

• Navigate to the “Websites Management” section in the dashboard.
• Click on “Add Website” and fill in the required details (e.g., website name, URL).
• Save your changes.

Step 4: Copy the Widget Code

• After adding your website, go to the “Widgets” section.
• Select the feedback widget you want to integrate.
• Copy the widget code generated for your website.

Step 5: Integrate the Code on Your Website

• Open your website’s HTML or CMS editor.
• Paste the widget code into the footer.
• Save and publish your changes.

For WordPress websites –

1. Install and activate FynSnap Feedback plugin.
2. Put widget id you get after adding website to feedback widget admin section.
3. Save the settings.
